Maverick Stables
Thoughtful breeding, dedicated care and horse-first development.
About Maverick Stables
Where thoughtful breeding meets horse-first development.
Maverick Stables is a breeding and youngstock stable in the Netherlands.
We combine carefully considered breeding with patient, individual development — always looking beyond the moment and towards the horse’s long-term health, quality and future.
From mares and foals to developing young horses, every decision begins with the same principle: the horse comes first.
OUR BREEDING
Every breeding decision starts with the individual mare. We look beyond names and trends, considering pedigree, dam line, conformation, performance, health and genetic diversity when selecting a stallion.
Our aim is not simply to breed the next foal, but to make thoughtful combinations with health, quality and future generations in mind.
OUR HORSES
PARTNERS IN THE PROCESS
Behind every horse is a network of trusted professionals whose knowledge and expertise form an important part of its care and development.
Meet the veterinarians, farrier and other professionals we trust with our horses — and discover why their role matters in the way we work.
